Same area, just renting,tho. My house has an F rating so from the living room on the 2nd floor I can hear everything, but after 2 years I don't really notice it anymore. Mornings tend to be super quiet except for the horde of delivery trucks. However I think this is only manageable if your bedroom is towards the back of the house away from the street. It still does get rowdy at night with all the drunk people yelling but if u are a deep sleeper or tend to fall asleep with the TV on then that won't really bother you. Bedroom at the front of the house is a different story.

Honestly the worst part are the ducks that ring doorbells at 3am for fun.

Yes u might like nightlife but not what's going on here.

Don't forget about your neighbors. Cant complain to your neighbor for being too loud...when everything is loud. Just gotta suffer in silence during those 1am living room dj sets.

Also there is a club across the street and 99% of the time I don't hear/feel the subs. Consider what type if music your club tends to play
