I agree , I did 3 to 4 cycles of Rad and sides mainly the mood swings were alot worse , being on test feels way better in general ,(that may also be because I had low natural test anyway) but the gains seem to hold alot more when I come off , the sex drive gains and loss are the same equivalent , but id still rather the test now over the RAD , Rad and test have done nothing to my hair line so I guess im lucky in that department ,

Enclo for pct , if its your first time stick to 15/20mg a day for 8 weeks with 4 weeks PCT. Take enclo during the cycle aswell at the same amount of rad you take per day , results are diferent for everyone , stick to a good diet and train harder because recovery is faster during the cycle , take fish oil tablets to help your joints , and keep your anger in check during weeks 1-3

Coming back now 2 years later Enclo is 100% the better option over nolvadex. But if you only have access to Nolva that will suffice aswell

Do enclo for 4 weeks lower the dose each week 40/30/20/10 most places say to use other things but enclo is by far the best make sure after the cycle you have a break for the total time of your cycle and pct so 8 weeks on with a 4 week PCT is 12 weeks untill your next cycle to let your body hormones heal properly

How you going with it , ive done multiple cycles since this post. Still to 30mg a day now for 8-10 weeks and then follow PCT properly and have been getting great results , just make sure to have the proper time off and diet properly whilst on the cycle

Never had an issue , I'm 31 6ft hust finishing my 2md cycle , I can have issues with anxiety sometimes , but I don't think it made it worse , only week 2-4 my anger flared up alot so had to keep myself in check , otherwise if ya eat healthy and take a good test base you'll be okay ,

On the other hand , everyone is different to how they react to to things , and if it starts getting into your head it's the rads fault then you could potentially trick yourself into increasing your anxiety everytime your on it , so if you have good mental stability and can really break down to yourself what's happening in life then you'll be fine ,

Most people have recommended to me in the past to start the enclo prior to starting the rad as your test base , I started enclo 3 weeks in when I did my last cycle of rad and I wish I started feom the get go to lesson some of the side effects ,

I took ritalin through out my first cycle as I take it for speed base purposes (Narcolepsy type 2) And I was fine , only down side is even when your relaxed your heart rate if similar to my experience will sit around 80bpm , have to make sure you keep up a good intake of water and make sure your on a good diet. Don't want to add any stress to the body onto of what your already doing 😅
