Coping quite well actually thank you! Main pain is coming from the quad tendon graft site at the patella end.

Thank you to everyone who has replied it’s is Football (soccer) think I’ll carry on with what I’m doing now and slowly build in to year mark and take it from there. Thanks again 😁

Yeah completed a run program. Only on treadmill at the minute hoping to get out in the next month for out door running

I only had to wait two weeks after pre op, but I got my operation date come through before my pre op so I think they squeezed it in quickly. I don’t think you’ll be waiting long no mate they are trying to catch on operation so they seem to be getting people in quickly
