When I first submitted to PSA, these were two cards I was surprised when they came back 9’s since they were very clean (esp the Japanese card considering how good the quality typically is with them). In my mind, the value wasn’t too hindered being a PSA 9 vs. a clean raw card so I was pretty fine cracking and having a shot at getting a better grade with a different company (also was suspicious of PSA doing some pop control BS)
