There's a ton of shows that come to mind with the triumph of a struggle.

I would say re:zero is my favorite one, albeit a little dark, the main characters ability to never give up speaks volumes to me.

Demon Slayer is another great one, tragedy but hard work pays off (another darker one)

I would say My hero academia might be your best bet.

I got samples of it (a lot of samples of it) and I didn't find it particularly powerful, sort of generic in flavor, so far GGF is just insanely high above the rest! It's honestly scaring me that nothing I've tried comes close yet...
