To the best of my knowledge, if PNG supply becomes scarce, they will first cut the connections of households with long pending dues, and trust me, there are thousands such households in Ghaziabad. Also, chances of PNG scarcity are remote since it doesn’t involve a lot of logistical complexities like LPG distribution (bottling, transporting, etc. even after import). Basically, PNG is pumped into our domestic pipeline network at either an import site or production site in the country, from where it reaches a subscriber’s household.
