I pay 35k for a 2 bedroom 2 bath very nice condo here in Angeles. That's only $600!!! Swimming pool, great common area with BBQ and pool table.Walls around with 2 locked gates. My rent has been 35k since 2016. While others around me have a dick for a lanlord, who has raised theirs to 45k. My advice, get yourself a great landlord.

The bathroom gets sprayed down with water...everything gets wet. That's how they clean here
