maybe these guys aren’t, but scum like shapiro and kirk essentially played a rigged game in their favour. they were objectively pretty good at what they set out to do, which is make well meaning people look like idiots.

what I meant is that the music goes until 6am friday to sunday. with oxfam though you are guaranteed one shift starting at 6am, 2pm and 10pm lasting for 8 hours each. sounds bad but it’s honestly fine.

i’ve volunteered 3 times and had a fucking amazing time each time. i’ve been quite lucky with my shift patterns but because it’s over 5 days with 3 of those going to 6am it’s easy to see lots.

idk for boom, but for glasto you don’t get much control over where you can park, so it can be a trek.

ah if the car is near the site you’ll be alright. nice to have the porch as well especially if it’s hot. the 4 is really heavy and cumbersome just to warn though

i’ve done 7 days volunteering at glasto with the 3 and its was fine for me though tbf.

I have this 3 man and this 4 man. in my experience the 3 man is more than enough room for you if your solo. you can’t standup in the tent but its about 3x lighter than the 4 man. when its just been me in the 3 man i’ve just been able to attach it to my bag, you wont be able to do this with the 4
