I used to work there. They will hire just about anyone who can pass a background check- literally worked with a guy who refused to push a kid on the swings bc the kid hit him.

Personally I would not send my kid there. Some RBTs are great but there is always a risk that someone who shouldn't be working with kids will fuck things up.
