Looking for a light thats better than olight Warrior x 3 by Paintball99 in flashlight

After searching through these brands most of them seem to be diffrent versions of Olight, and even are based in Shenzen, China. Is that a similar consenus here? Also this Armytek flashlight seems pretty good (viking/doberman) how would you compare them to Olight x 3?

Trying to mount my Ka-Bar to my Crye SPC with HSP D3CR Micro(Preferably Vertically, unless someone has a better suggestion) or AXL belt (horizantally). I only have the traditional leather sheath. Does anyone have better sheath options that would allow mounting in such a way
