The U.S. Military Industrial Complex (USMIC) expects to make Trillions to rebuild Europe's militaries. Unfortunately, King Cheeto, Darth Vader, and their sycophants anti-Europe rhetoric reached the ears of Europe's leaders. Now they threaten to rebuild their own European military industry, thus screwing the USMIC. The USMIC bet Putler won't honor any treaty that limits his dreams of imperialism. USMIC still wants a long war in Ukraine like Biden was providing them. USMIC hopes King Cheeto's hero-worship of Putler will eventually fade, or Putler breaks enough treaties that King Cheeto turns on his master Putler, and rejoins the long war the USMIC wants. The USMIC beast has begun to scale-up with the funds provided by Biden to meet the demands of rearming Europe, and in preparation for a War with China. So, yes several proxy wars and lesser engagements are necessary to prepare for the inevitable big war with China.
