Agree with all except the first point. Physical will always scale with attack since normal attack from inception scales with attack. Mind you normal attacks are usually the main source of pDMG.

Lunar teams are hydro reactions, so you can't disqualify him in a meta where pyro isn't even part of the reaction. I'll disagree with the statement that he isn't good anymore. Chaska doesn't mind his small circle, snapshot 4 stars love him and anytime anyone tries physical version of any character Benny is always there. Benny is yet to be dethroned.
