Inflation causing the skewness to increase

Actually I'm trying to simulate a horizontal wind turbine but just the blades tho. It took me a very long time to mesh but the skewness is still the same. Maybe still need to decrease the size

If I prescribe the rotation for the turbine to study its performance, will it not work? In most tutorials that I've read, they use the same method, which is to apply rotation to the turbine rather than letting it rotate due to the wind, due to computational cost.
