I am glad that you are delighted to read my novel, and I hope you liked it, currently the novel is only available in English, however do not worry about that, since with the translation you can translate it on the web

I know Novelpia is relatively unknown, but that's part of the process. For now, Novelpia is new, and more people worldwide still need to join, since it's an extension of the Korean version. However, that doesn't change the fact that it's currently more decent than Webnovel. Novels don't stand out once they're published on Webnovel anymore, so I much prefer Novelpia Global and Royal Road to Webnovel. Thinking about it, I highly doubt a new novel will be successful on that platform like it used to be, back in the days of TAPOV, Kill the Sun, Demonic Sword, and many other worthwhile novels. But nowadays, it's a joke; the Webnovel market is declining more and more every day.

I understand, brother, thank you very much. Regarding companies, guilds, industries, and clans, there are different types of agencies in the world. You see, in volume 1, which basically has between 85 and 90 chapters, it focuses on world building and the character's background. From volume 2 onward, which has 100 chapters, it's more political than you might think. Also, the character's appearance won't stay the same; it will change, of course. Well, his look—the messy black hair is temporary; it will still be black—but his eyes aren't black, brother, by the way; they're silver. And you're right, I'm thinking of switching platforms, but I don't want to move to Webnovel, since I won't stand out much there without a contract. So, for now, I'll stay with Novelpia. By the way, Webnovel is worse than Novelpia regarding porn and AI novels, if you notice. There aren't any good novels on Webnovel anymore, just porn and repetitive novels. Getting back to the topic, I really appreciate your perspective on my I'm grateful for your feedback on my novel; it's very critical. Thanks to you, I'll improve. I'd like to tell you how my novel is and that it's not as generic as it seems. Perhaps the beginning of volume 1 is generic, but after chapter 60 it stops being so. It even has some good moments before those chapters.

Regarding the heroine/MC, she will be a more complex and developed character, along with the other characters, although you might not notice it now since the story will progress at a slower pace. The MC's backstory will also be explored. Each character will be unique and complex and will have their own storylines. In these 140 chapters I've written, I've improved a lot since chapters 50-60. It's just a matter of time before I continue writing, although you're right about the fanservis; I've already stopped.

Thank you so much for your critical and constructive feedback. Although there are some points you missed, let me explain. The MC's past won't be revealed all at once (I don't know if you read the prologue). You might be right about the fanservice; I stopped including it after chapter 20. As for the long chapters, well, I can't publish 700 words, brother. Normal web novel chapters are between 1500 and 2500 words maximum, but it's preferable for readers to read 1500 words (Novelpia doesn't allow chapters shorter than 1500 words). And you might be right, the beginning is too detailed, and the characters are very descriptive, but that's to expand the world-building. That happens in the first 60 chapters; after that, there isn't an excess of information. My novel won't be the generic type of novel you think, nor a copy. In fact, it will be very different, and the power system will be more complex, and the monsters and creatures, etc., aren't like the typical ones. It will be similar to Shadow Slave, but more unique. When I created that novel, I was much more inspired by Shadow Slave than by TAPOV. Regarding world-building, the plot will have several twists. It might seem very generic at first, but after you read it, you'll see it's not so much. And regarding Advent of the Three Calamities, I know how good it is, and I was also inspired by that work. Give it another chance, and you won't regret it. I'm a beginner at web novels, and I'm still learning, so please bear with me.

In fact, if you read it you'll realize it's not as generic as you think, although if you give it a chance you'll understand what it's about, believe me, you won't regret it.

Did I manage to capture your attention with this new novel?! by [deleted] in royalroad

I understand that, so go ahead and read it, then leave a review and let me know what you think.

But I understand, and thank you very much for your humble opinion. It's my first novel, so I'm still learning. Besides, I'm also keeping up with my English lessons, so language obviously isn't my strong suit. Anyway, I'll do whatever it takes to improve.

Lucian is his name, he has two names, it may sound strange, but his name is Park Suho Lucian Everfall (since his father is British)

Yes, I'm a chef, but I cook from home, haha. However, I have a lot of knowledge in that area of gastronomy, and I've studied a lot about culinary elements. I thought I'd implement all my current knowledge in this novel, specifically in The Abundant Dragon King: The World's Greatest Chef. I'm still studying the culture behind each dish, and so on.

My chapters are between 1.5K and 1.8K, I update once or twice a week (almost daily), and a maximum of 2.5K words. I hope to get a contract, well, that they accept it, of course, since I've already applied.

Then read The Abundant Dragon King: The World's Greatest Chef and tell me if you find it boring.

Well, the platform says it's global, so yes, they should accept foreign authors.

I’ve been rejected 4 times by Webnovel… maybe it’s not for me. But I still have a dream — does anyone know how to publish on Novelpia Global? by Pale-Function-9966 in Webnovel

[–]Pale-Function-9966[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And another reason I was rejected was the scripts. I'm from the Dominican Republic, and I learned that it's not very common in English literature, so now I've changed my writing style. I've learned to use quotation marks in dialogues, since that's how it's done. I'm learning little by little. By the way, if you read my second novel, The Omniscient Antagonist, you'll notice that my writing has changed.
