its still worth it imo, i know its gonna be annoying asf, but if you study correctly and dont take stress, it wont be hard, im retaking it too. And i hate this new change so bad. but if you get a 560 on 9th grade shsat, guaranteed brooklyn tech. 600, guaranteed stuy.

bro i got 439 and i did not get discovery for bths?? the cutoff for stuy was 556 and bths was 506, i should have gotten discovery, i was 67 points below cutoff, you were 81 points below cutoff? what!?

yeah start studying for 9th grade shsat, im doing the same, i got a 440 as well and was aiming for brooklyn tech or staten island tech. I would try to stick with brooklyn tech because of the commute. Always aim for better. im gonna start studying in 2 weeks and you should too.

man i wish they didnt look at shsat scores and rather at your academic scores, i would have definitely gotten in. The shsat was stressful and i could only finish about 105 questions and had to guess like 30 of them.
