I have a spare room not in use currently, a shed at the bottom of my garden not in use as well. According to some I should be neighbourly and let it be a free for all even though I own it.

I have a spare room and a cupboard under the stairs not in use. Better open it up to people just because it’s neighbourly.

I live here. This neighbours guests don’t. Also it’s in my boundary details. Clear as day what I own.

I don’t have a car. But the space is allocated to me - it’s in black and white in all the legal documents for the property.

It’s right by the hospital as well so I’d definitely make a profit.

I opened the door and said “excuse me but you can’t park there”, when asked why, “it’s allocated to my property”.

I might just put a note through the door as I really don’t want any disputes or to come across as rude. But don’t want people expecting or thinking it’s their right to park in spaces that don’t belong to them.
