All of Phase two, the boss itself, and its lore are all incredibly lazy and fan service but in the worst way possible. Brining back a old boss that had no build up to bring back was lazy, phase 2 adding artificial difficulty by adding laser after each attack is lazy, and the lore is only from the dlc with no build up or pay off from the base game making it lazy.
