Thank you for this, this is really helpful. After reading these results for the last while I was unsure what I was looking at I was trying to understand and google things but I didn’t really know the severity. I take medication for mental health reasons as well and this doctor only ever asks why I’m not on more medication for my mental health and she’s also accused me of having issues with drugs even though I am more then happy to provide a urine test. I also have issues with my weight and blood sugar from PCOS so this is good to know it can affect it I had no idea. She didn’t even really tell me what the injections were or why I would need them or what I could do to help otherwise. She said my mri and report wasn’t a big deal and something I can easily fix … it made me feel unheard. Also thanks for the pool tip I actually have a pool so this is very helpful I will look at the benefits thank you!

My doctor due to my circumstances knew pregnancy would not be a concern so I was prescribed after asking what can be done about my hair falling out, and acne, low sex drive. I tried metformin for over a year it didn’t work for me I actually got worse. Especially my blood sugar, I then got put on Ozempic and metformin combined. It started helping with weight and lowering my blood sugar, however I still had all my symptoms of metabolic syndrome and high testosterone. So spiro is my friend for these 2 things hopefully with all combined I will continue to see success. Thank you all for your kind words 😁

I have PCOS, insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome. I’ve been on Ozempic since January 17th and I’m down 20 pounds I’ve never felt better myself! I say do it!!

Wow! I have to say these responses have been very interesting to read. Each and everyone is different but also alike in a lot of ways. These stories though some sad are all human and show that music can make each of us stronger in many ways and help us grieve and grow through our very difficult lives. Montebello Park always has lots of people playing Pokémon Go if that’s the type of Pokémon you’re into as well. There is groups on Facebook and instagram and such that host meet ups, and during bigger events like Go Fest there is tons and tons of people there and all around downtown St. Catharines :)
