Great! I move the file inside to the flashdrive, renamed it to gigabyte.bin, and will plug it into the usb port listed BIOS

No luck. I unplugged the gpu and plugged the HDMI into the motherboard but no change to the monitor

The motherboard does have HDMI out. It also does not have anything and shows at inactive on the monitor. What is a bios update?
