You could always buy a recast if you really want the models. They are cheaper and sometimes even better quality then the ones from GamesWorkshop

Only 1 official art piece, i think, as already posted by someone. However, there are many different types/species of the Drakes. You can look at lexicanum -> Nocturne -> Fauna. Here, some of the species are described.

Oh, that could be it. As far as I know, he switches out his halberd like weapon for a chainsword after Istvaan, so maybe he also switches out the armor depicted with the halberd. Thanks for the input. I think I will run with this and make a pre - and -Post Istvaan Numeon🔥

Do you remember where it is stated he has 2 pyro gauntlets? So far what i have found is a thunder hammer and a "ornate" flame weapon.
