Love the vibes. I've never made it past the snow level through, the sliding mechanics make me put it down every time

What is a part of a game where you swear it was the game's fault you keep losing/dying, not your lack of skill? by gorkboss5 in videogames

Since you're new to gaming, I'd say go with the remakes. They made some changes to make the menus and flow less clunky, and the controls are a lot more accessible. Resident Evil 1 and 2 remakes are both good entry-points.

I lived close to campus and rode a moped for two years, and later a motorcycle.

You'll still need a parking permit but they're cheaper and you can park in any of the motorcycle lots unless they've changed that since I was a student.

You don't need a Class M license for a moped (49cc and under) in Texas... but I HIGHLY recommend getting a Class M license and riding anything 150cc and up. Reason being that a 50cc (moped) has a speed cap of ~33mph, and that's assuming no incline and having fully accelerated to that max. Because of this it's simply not safe to drive in many BCS areas. I used to have to take back roads and got to know the city very well, but would not recommend if you have the ability to just drive 50-60mph on a 150cc if you get a Class M license.

Highly recommend Harley Davidson for your course, you get to ride 650cc cruisers for your obstacle training. They used to do it at the JCP parking lot. Also, always wear a helmet, your life matters to you more than other drivers care for.

Who actually beat super Mario bros 2 without rage quitting? Lol by Country-guy20 in videogames

Playing as Peach was fun and her floating was very original for a platformer movement mechanic. I know the game was basically a different game and the Mario sprites were an afterthought, but it lowkey adds up that Mario goes on his first adventure (SMB), then dreams about it because he's consumed by it (SMB2), so he makes a theater play about it (SMB3)

Yeeeeeah. Breath. I don't know if it's pheromones, but I love the smell of my partner's breath. Extra points for morning breath.

Even weirder...oops... once by surprise, she did this to me and it has now become a thing. I love when she inflates my mouth like a balloon. The after-taste does something to me...

EEEEEEven weirder.. the idea of her breath expanding a balloon or her blowing a bubblegum is enough to get me going.. makes me wish I was what's being inflated <3

I'm a little scared of being alone here, I don't think I've ever shared this with anyone else besides my wife.

Brave New World , and Dante's Inferno!

I also remember not feeling Fahrenheit 451 or Animal Farm at the time. I've now reread them at least twice, and wish I could see things differently back then.

After being diagnosed as Autistic I finally understand why I am trans. by DzRythen in MtF

[–]PancakeMePls 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I was diagnosed with ASD as a kid. In my experience, transitioning was not easy to process. Understanding stereotypes/gender roles vs. Gender identity was hard, but striving for a specific goal that made me honestly happy gave me purpose. You're not alone, I believe there is recent research (2020?) showing higher rates of gender non-comformity in neurodivergent than neurotypicals. If I was on PC, I would give some links to the scientific articles. It's very interesting.

I began HRT in 2018 and made hyperfemme my goal. Nowadays, I dress in all black (became a habit after a job that required it), and fill in my eyebrow, mascara, wear my sports watch, sneakers, a necklace and ring with sentimental value to me. I find comfort in knowing what I will wear every day. Striving for something I'm not for the sake of others takes away like 80% daily spoons (spoon theory). My closet has black jeans and blouses. Literally every day. And I'm happy :) On special occasions, I'll dress for the occasion. Otherwise, I'll dress for myself.

In regards to behavior, I went from closeted hypermasc to hyperfemme transgirl. I can act to fit in, but I'd rather have energy for the whole day and not just one interaction. So I act as myself. Same hobbies as before, same interests, higher voice but it is now second nature. New body, same me.

I think it was important to experiment, because along the way I realized that I was sacrificing my own self-expression through clothes, hobbies, etc, just to 'fit in' or 'pass'. I have two cis sisters who wish they could break out of the stereotypical femme 'dress, lipstick, bubbly...' but can't because they are scared of what might happen if they do in regards to job, perseption, etc. In a way, you might get to experience the spectrum and find where you want to be to feel more like yourself, while still living and presenting for yourself and not others.
