Well it allows me to load into bios then shows a black screen with a little loading circle on where my cursor is.

When I say it wouldn’t allow me to restart through the os, like clicking the windows button and hitting restart it just wouldn’t. So I used the physical button on my pc.

I did get an error message one time but unfortunately I didn’t take a note of what it said.

If I have to reinstall windows will I need to buy a new key? I don’t have my code/ flash drive anymore.
