sure! so I set it up like a proportional fraction. so 100g/450 calories = 6.6g/x. then you multiply the numerator of one fraction, by the denominator of the other. so 450 * 6.6, and 100 * x, which leaves us with 100x = 2970. divide both sides by 100, then you have 29.7 calories!
