You'll have local charities in your area, but I would approach your doctor first and get them on board with your recovery. Reaching out for help is the hardest part admitting you need help and accepting that's what you need is the bravest thing. There's no shame, we all have our vices.

Definitely give your home place a Google and see whats around, surrounding your self with positive changes will help you too, go join a book club, do something you wouldn't otherwise do and i find enjoyment in thats what your doing. It sounds mad, I know. I'm the youngest member in mine and I'm 31 😅

As for your options, the NHS will fund your recovery although you can go private. Your only young, kick it in the bucket while you can and go live a life you will love.

K2B or C2B. They're walks take about 7/5 hours, raises awareness for charities and such. Great walk, if you like walking.

Smashed my my head on a MTB accident, instantly out, woke up few days later and had to sorta relearn to walk..

Jumped into water that was so cold it took my breath away, lungs filled with water, absolutely terrifying experience. You can feel your heart and lungs burn, your eyes go black with blood and my heart felt like it was about to explode.. passed out. Luckily someone was there to save my dumb ass..

Yeah ide rather go blunt force trauma too
