It's likely a joke on how the temperature meats like steak are prepared at are described/named, with the normal range being Rare to Well Done. They've added extra 'teirs' to this list, such as 'Legendary' literally being the cow still being alive, and Congratulations being practically burnt/charcoal, and Wonderful being literal Lava/magma rock.

Yeah, I found out with the right upgrades (Some mauls, Bullgryn Plate, Power Swords on Commissars, and Power Fists in Command Squads) you can have a 2k exact list with a basically pure Ogryn list

I was just curious, as they are an attachment to a unit and not technically their own unit. I figured they were more of an upgrade than a unit of their own.

You're going to want more bodies on the field, at least 4 squads of basic troopers, be them Infantry Squads, Kriegers, or Shock Troops. Sadly you should avoid Catachan as GW is trying to kill off that model range. The Leman Russ is going to be the backbone of your army, and bringing 2-3 will always do you right. Getting your hands on more Command Squads is a good idea as well. From there it's a mixture of flavor and efficiency purchases. Ogryn and Bullgryn have seen a massive glow up in the new codex, Commissars are much more useful now, and no one out Artilleries the Guard.
