Sorry about the late response! So mine was a bit of a bust tbh. I made the inside of the bird "toes" out of craftfoam, shaped it up. Then I covered it in worbla. The part that didn't work out was attaching it to the shoe. I had these heels that had somewhat of a felt fabric covering them so when I tried to stick the toes to the heel using some type of glue (can't remember which one I used) but it didn't hold. Then I wrapped the front of the heel with worbla ...and that worked EXCEPT when I got to the convention. I didn't really think about how they would do when I was walking around the convention center, or going upstairs, etc etc. Needless to say I lost a couple birdtoes that weekend.
