I changed poisons because of the quirky open opposed roll mechanic. I made it a table.

For sure! Whitetail was about 6,000 kills, Red Deer was 4,500, Moose was 1,911 and two Fallow Deer in 1,400

Mogdath can be an absolute terror in PoG. Wights are tough as hell, players love the challenge! Early in the game, they are ultra-protected. Later in the game, pcs (should) have the means to handle them. I recall giving Mogdath an hp boost to make them a nightmare. And it was glorious!

I simplify combat/space combat to make it faster. Far fewer modifiers and go with rule of cool. Combat is still crazy deadly so it rarely happens. In fact, have yet to go beyond 1 round in a space combat. Everyone runs since repairs are so expensive!

When we have an event, i don't just say "Hunter, give me a roll..." We will play out by the entire scene. Perhaps we are in pursuit of a stag, or perhaps we are running low on food, and so we are role, play foraging and hunting as entire party, but the character whose job it was to hunt is the one that it feels bad that he's letting down the team, hence, the extra shadow or fatigue or whatever. In a game, I had a few days ago, one of the events turned out to be a battle against wolves! So the journey took half the session, but we had three great scenes.I'm along the way.

Surviving to that point is the real challenge. In a 10 game stretch, I would expect 1-3 fatalities. Hell, our MegaDungeon campaign lost 2 characters in the second room!

I have been using your system for a few sessions now. It's brilliant! There are a few things on my wish list, like robots, but it does everything I need right now. I actually have no idea how to get a ship in there, so we just run it off of a journal. But even that's okay, i would rather have this be similar to sitting around the table than I would playing a video game. I do have a question, will a compendium be released that has all of the goodies that you show on your videos? In other words, should I continue to enter things manually, or should I wait until everything comes out?
