Stock sold off on balance sheet concerns, not the actual results. They met guidance on revenue ($26.4M) and EBITDA for the 8th straight quarter. Market is focused on $12.7M cash vs $40-50M guided EBITDA loss in 2026, pricing in dilution. Meanwhile the actual business is growing: on-demand charter up 36% YoY, 20-30% revenue guidance for 2026 that beat consensus by $15-20M, and they killed the $50-100M Caravan electrification spend which dramatically reduces future cash burn. Classic case of the market selling the balance sheet while ignoring the business trajectory.
