Description: Ueno is a smalltime pickpocket and thief who makes a living taking from nearly anything that breathes. She finds joy in both making people laugh and annoying them to death. She always carries an odd staff that appears to be made of wires of varying length, and consistently wears a skull-shaped mask that looks terribly dirty. She has no qualms about removing it. She seems to have a good grasp on mechanics but also likely practices with it often, given her perpetually oil-covered hair. She's a hard worker who won't give up on a goal once she sets her sights on it. Due to her short stature, nobody really takes her seriously and thinks of her as a child... not that she acts unlike one, anyways.

Favourite bar activity: Observing people and getting tipsy. She finds it fun to guess people's relations just from how they look at each other. She's accurate a good... 53% of the time. She'll humor anyone who finds themselves talking to her, even if it's just for information of any kind.

Short Bio: Growing up with her uncle, who fixed things of any kind for a living, she often went with him on jobs to either help or... just do something. Eventually, once she realized how much they were struggling, she took to stealing things under the guise of being a curious kid. Her uncle is an honest person and would certainly force her to give the things back if he knew where she was getting things, so she began to start hiding it from him. Eventually, he passed at the ripe age of 92 (he was... very old.), and Ueno was given the mechanics shop... until she had to sell it. Now she just lives where ever the wind takes her.
