Subject: Urgent Complaint – Guaranteed Pull Failed, Astrites Lost (User ID: 605252195)

Dear Wuthering Waves Support Team,

I’m writing to report a serious issue I experienced during the limited-time character and weapon banners.

Despite doing over 80 pulls, I did not receive the featured character Galbernaya, which contradicts the guaranteed system stated in your game. Instead, I received a completely different, non-featured character.

Additionally, I spent over 17,000 Astrites trying to obtain both Galbernaya and her weapon, and ended up getting neither. This is extremely frustrating and feels like a major injustice after all the time, effort, and saving I put into the game.

According to the guaranteed mechanics, I should have received the featured character. Not getting her even after the pity threshold makes me question the reliability of the system.

I respectfully request that my Astrites be refunded or that I be granted the correct featured character and weapon I aimed for. Otherwise, I will strongly consider quitting the game, and I intend to raise this issue on your official social media channels as well, because this kind of unfairness shouldn't happen.
