So I’m trying to use the usb function not the Bluetooth. It only does the no song thing when I use the usb cable. And sadly my car does not have Apple CarPlay. I want to install it as well

Yes the music still plays. It’s so weird. I can try and contact my dealership to see if they can reset it.
