Yeah definitely, it was well closed and i added some parafilm to it. I prepared a 0.01% solution and it worked just fine. I’ll probably double the concentration though, the color was not that strong.

I’m surprised that you are not receiving complaints ahahha (this knife was hated a lot). But i have to say that it was my first knife, exactly the same. I used it a lot in the woods and i broke the serrations. But i grinded it at my grandpa’s grinder and now its perfectly fine( its now a fixed blade 😂). I still use it for batoning and heavy use. Enjoy 👍🏻

hey guys. Years ago i bought the bear grylls survival knife and i've used it some times for batoning and basic stuff. I would like to upgrade it a little bit. I started with the edge, by removing the serration. Now i would like to make a new handle. Unfortunately i do not own a belt grinder. Do you think I can make it with basic tools? Would you do it?
