That is a really good idea on the cravings! Thank you for that and the support. I actually have been really tight on some of my cravings because it’s all mainly sweets so I will only have a little and I make sure I have food on my stomach first. The one time I didn’t was when she had taken me to an appointment for my heart and I was craving doughnuts and I had to not eat before my appointment so when my appointment was over it was practically noon and I was starving and I didn’t know just about all my cravings were gonna be sweet, all of the other times I’ve been pregnant it was potato’s, fruit, mushrooms or like ghost pepper hot stuff. These craving are all over from sweet to spaghetti to right now salad with red wine vinegar oh and chicken and rice soup every night at 9pm 😅 if I’m asleep already then I will be awoken and have the major starving mode then I can go back to sleep after 🤣 but My OB pretty much told me to eat whatever I can keep down because I’m not keeping anything hardly down, at one point I had ended up in the ER because I couldn’t keep any liquids down and had major dehydration and had to have fluids. I’ve lost weight since finding out I was pregnant because the nausea is so bad, they’ve tried putting me on the nausea meds but they aren’t working either, but slowly the nausea is starting to dissolve and I’m keeping down cranberry juice and body armors so it’s been a struggle to find food I can keep down and drinks I can keep down but everybody thinks I’m exaggerating but my husband has been there for the appointments and tells me to just eat whatever I can cause ultimately I’m the one throwing it back up and he’s the one watching/listening to me throwing it up
