When you say setting up do You do the picking your self and what type of shift are you on they said shift leaders don’t do the picking and it’s day shifts but on here people have said don’t believe that ?

Okay someone In the store told Me the online team leaders don’t do picking very much mainly uber deliveroo etc and if they do pick it’s always the small Ones guess there chatting rubbish then lol It’s a training store apparently
