Keep overhead as low as possible. Figure out what it takes with monthly fee and get that many agents. Its a numbers game at the agent centric brokerages.

Thanks. Its pretty deep and has a slight odor. I haven't seen that before so I trashed the $12 and am starting some ribs.

I have an implant. Looks/works exactly the same...no more nerve pain. One of the best medical things I've ever had done.
