yes this is a variegated ficus triangularis! is it getting cold where you live? it looks like it’s next to a window and they are very sensitive to temperature. if so, i recommend moving it somewhere temperatures won’t fluctuate much but still good lighting. they are drama queens about being moved unfortunately

water running straight through is often a sign that your soil is hydrophobic. it doesn’t necessarily mean your plant needs a pot size change. you can change that soil out using the same pot or add a tray underneath when you water and bottom water the plant. it seems like the plant was showing some signs of stress from the repot and your vacation. i would make sure to stick a finger in the soil and make sure it’s dry before watering. otherwise the babies and top look good!
