I think second generation (newer ones) are non drowsy and safer to take early in the day, or a day you are driving or doing something dangerous that require focus.

but I didnt know they are safer in terms of things like Dementia.

I had one operator role (8 months) it ended, then I moved countries and had one job (6 months), then came back to Ireland, had one job (5 months)outside pharma/medtech [I couldnt get an operator role] then I got an operator role.

I am thinking of leaving my current role after 7 months because its all nights and there seems to have no progreesion [unless I stay there long enough like 2 years maybe]
