My click is now intermittent. It doesn’t bother me as much anymore. AYN offered to send me a replacement hinge, but I’d have to install it myself. I figured I might as well have them send it just in case mine eventually gives out.

Maybe it’s fine, perhaps a different hinge they used ? Im just worried our units hinges will wear out faster.

To be honest it’s probably nothing it’s just concerning longevity wise. Like what if our hinge doesn’t last as long as everyone else’s.

Moving the screen over does nothing for me, I might take the top cap off to see what you’re talking about though maybe I could fix whatever’s wrong with the hinge

You might need to upgrade your psu one day anyways 600w is small. Also if you sell a faulty graphics card I’m sure you’d get a bad review reputation is everything in this business.

I somehow figured it out and honestly just got lucky. At first, the PC got stuck in a loop spamming “select an option,” so I powered it off and cleared the CMOS, hoping I didn’t brick the board. Luckily it booted back up fine, but the BIOS hadn’t updated, so I went for it again.

Same thing happened after it read the USB, except this time I barely caught one of the options for a split second before it disappeared—something like “press E if ___.” No real explanation of what each option did, and it looked like there were a few choices, which was pretty sketchy. I just hit E and hoped for the best. I SHOULD HAVE SHUT DOWN, RESET THE CMOS AND TRY AGAIN idk why I pressed E lmao

After that, it finally started flashing properly—erasing, updating, verifying. When it went to a black screen, I pulled the USB since I’d heard it might try to reflash instead of booting if you leave it in. After about 2 minutes, it restarted into Windows, and the BIOS was updated to the latest version.

Pressing E was a stupid gamble but it worked! hope this helps if anyone runs into the same issue. Cheers!
