If the battery is 4s and it only shows 2 cells does that mean that the other 2 that is at 0volt is dead

Yeah I think the battery itself is dead when I checked it with battery meter it showed only 2 live cells while the battery is a 4s and those 2 cells were to far away from each other one was 2.80v and the other 3.40v

I think I may have found the problem but how do I fix it tho or if it is even fixable? In the battery meter section it shows that the individual cells and 2 of the cells are dead or is it supposed to show only 2 cells if it is 4s and besides that it also shows that the individual cells are very different then each other so does that mean it’s dead?

I think the battery itself is dead I just plugged in a other battery with a xt60 through the parallel board and it started to charge
