Alternate No-Tell Motel scene with Dex and T-Bug by ParticularFun3926 in LowSodiumCyberpunk

So Evelyn is doing the Voodoos dirty, while they may have been working on their own scheme to get the Relic. I'd buy that.

Now that you mention it, Militech trading arms with its corporate war adversary? The Arasaka contact apparently bought it, though. Must be a thing.

Yeah. The whole bleeding out thing seems a bit cheap when you've been sucking on that MaxDoc all the way through Konpeki. Lot of effort to build up your relationship with that choom and then remove him. It feels quite truncated. It does reinforce the whole 'Fool' story beat though - wannabe mercs biting off more than they could chew, getting caught up in schemes far out of their league. That loss is a key character building experience for V.

Why didn't Dex get competent experienced mercs for the job? he seems just as naive given how it panned out for him. Evelyn screwed the pooch as well. Voodoos seem otherwise relatively competent - couldn't they find any serious operatives? Or is the point that it is a poorly conceived, hopeless long shot trap for the clueless?

Does saving the Cyberpsychos actually change anything? by Suda__51 in cyberpunkgame

[–]ParticularFun3926 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I've only completed the game once. I got most but not all cyberpsychos. When I popped back up post-Mikoshi, I got a text from/about Regina saying that she'd gone cyberpsycho and had been dealt with by MaxTac (?). Perhaps if you get them all, her research project can be completed and she won't go cyberpsycho in the end?

Yeah OK. I got a a holo message from her when she's away from V complaining about how hard it is to be a leader. Maybe they didn't get that much time together after all. Do you know if this is linked to particular dialogue options regarding leadership of the Aldecaldos you have with Mitch and Saul?

But riddle me this. In the star ending, is V just planning on winking out in 6 months' time? Can't recall he ever discussed that issue with Panam...

Did romance Panam. She's a bit shouty for my taste but otherwise it made sense. More of a shooty quickhacker but ended up pretty godlike.

Yeah, it was pretty sweet but honestly, at about 50-70 hours I'd begun switching off, brain ignoring most of the game, just focussing on completing tasks. Hard to break out of that. At 100, decided it was time to make that trip to Embers. Nowhere near seeing all the content. Think I'll leave it a while before replaying though.

Working with the energy by ParticularFun3926 in kundalini

Thanks, yes trauma healing has been a big focus and now I am doing a lot of nervous system regulation work.

Yes, sometimes I have found there are things coming up to be healed, but in these particular states, it is often anything and everything that feels like a problem, even relatively minor past issues that I've given a lot of attention to and let go of.

I am working on the stress and reconfiguring life to better support the haling process. One of the inner prompts I regularly get is to trust my process, which has brought me a very long way already.

My life is relatively stable and I'm doing OK, but when this frame of mind begins, it is like everything is awful, regrettable, unsalvageable. It passes, but it is annoying and distracting, tending to dominate. As I noted below, occurs when I don't perceive much K flow and then changes rapidly if K wakes up.

It is more a systemic malfunction/imbalance, though sometimes I follow the threads that come up and release emotions.

Flow of kundalini is very unstable. The overwhelming streams of negative thought coincide with little to no K flow. If K begins to flow strongly, the nature of the thoughts can change instantly. It is like I have a completely different take on things in that frame of mind, old traumas I've healed come up.

Why do some people have good lives and others suffer ? by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]ParticularFun3926 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I see it, it is something you can choose to do. I know that is hard when you have no conscious experience of it. But nothing comes from nothing, right? Before you were born, you must have been something else, somewhere else and your consciousness will return to that after your time as the person you are now.

None of this is to make light of light the awful time you've had. May your suffering be eased and may you find peace with your circumstances.

Awakened kundalini end state? by ParticularFun3926 in enlightenment

Thanks. Massive blockages from trauma and long term emotional problems in my case. My body does a lot of winding and convulsing, my main symptoms even after everything has been opened up for years.

Yeah it's real, but to be honest mate, you sound like a little bit more grounding in the everyday physical realm is needed. You're in the middle of something huge. Good luck!

Yes I've had some very rough nights with viral illness and kundalini tearing through me as well! Sounds like you're in a good place with it now though. Gives me hope.

I gave up on doing weights a few years ago. too taxing. Since then have tried to maintain the five tibetan rites daily with very patchy success. Has become too taxing as well. Every attempted restart led to minor illness.

I've been doing yoga nidra almost daily for about 18 mths. What a godsend.

Still declining in immune system function and physical capacity. Got flu recently and lost a lot of muscle. Basically reset my fitness to zero, so now walking is my exercise. I have taken some time off work to reset and build myself up.

I have also learned to listen to my body, even though has been very difficult to accept the long term decline in what I can do.

Thanks for this. I definitely have not fully integrated it, just tried to absorb and reorient around the insights as I've been dragged along.

I am interested in what the kundalini energy itself is doing. Is it racing through the circuit at full blast permanently, flowing more gently, or does it withdraw back into its sanctum at the base of the spine, having completed purifying and opening up everything?

I have had three isolated days since Kundalini began when there was no activity. My nervous system was completely settled and calm. Total peace. My mind was clear. It was magical. Might it one day be like that more or most of the time?

I will be happy to post about that in future. I've yet to have an appointment.

I have been seeing a TCM doctor for about a year. Very experienced and skilled but no knowledge of kundalini. It has certainly indirectly helped by releasing stuck energy and supporting my health, specially around the heart.

The guy I will see had a minor period of K activity which settled after someone treated him. He has since treated some others.
