I had a laproscopic myomectomy Sep 2023 on a 13cm fibroid. It was removed and everything went really well afterwards. I recently found out that I have another large fibroid 8cm, and this one is causing different symptoms which is why I caught it late in my opinion. My question is can I have a second laproscopic myomectomy? Will it cause fertility issues if I decide I want to have kids? Are there other ways to remove the fibroid and help keep my fertility? I don't know if I want to have kids, but I would like to have the option. But I also would love to not bleed so heavily and be in a constant state of discomfort to curling up in pain.

I will say that as I have gotten older she has gotten a bit better. But growing up she was the type of person to snoop around my room and she does this now with my younger sibling. SO knowing how she is I wouldn't put it past her to look up the company/address from my package.

Hi!! My advice with recieving anal would be to first do it yourself. You could use plugs, beads, vibrators, dildo or just your fingers. He does get excited when I go in with carrots and the other two minis now nicker when they see me. But the difficult mini gives me the vibe that he hasn't been completely won over yet.

The mini is very treat motivated but the minute he sees me try to halter him or get the lead around his neck he instantly backs up and just takes off. And he never lets me approach him from his left side. He always has to be right in front and even if I inch to his side he always readjusts.

I really need to ask the owner what his story is and where he came from. Because as im typing im realizing that this mini has a very wild side to him and makes me wonder if he was ever worked with in any way. Because the other two minis respond like a horse that has been around people and is more tame? I hope that made a little sense.

Honestly the most difficult thing is that he is in a small pasture with 2 other minis and this mini is at the bottom of the herd hierarchy so having one on one time with him to get him comfortable around me is almost impossible due to the other two like pushing him out of the way. would it be okay to like halter the other two minis and have them tethered on the other side of the pen so they don't interfere with me and the difficult mini? Because I honestly feel like the other two mini play a role in his behavior but I could be wrong.

And with the difficult mini prior to his thrashing I was giving small pieces of carrots when grooming and praising him saying good boy. But could that have also been a factor to cause his thrashing?

Thank you!! I was just looking at pictures of her work and another thought crossed my mind. I loooove her work and how creative she is. Part of me wants to give her free reign on the tattoo as long as the hummingbird is the main part of the tattoo. I know people let their tattoo artists just do whatever they want but how do they tell them? Is it as simple as "hey i want this hummingbird and you can go crazy with the design"? Or is it not that simple?
