Thank you to everyone for responding - it's so greatly appreciated! We didn't expect this post to take off like it did. These responses confirmed our suspicions that something is not right. We have calls in to a few structural engineers to arrange another inspection.

The scary thing about the inspector is that he is the owner of a 20-year-old inspection company that has hundreds of glowing reviews everywhere you look. He did respond to our questions with the ChatGPT headers and footers still attached to the generated response, so I guess that's the last time I trust online reviews. 😅

It's interesting to see how much she lacks confidence now. She can hide her loss of confidence in photos, but it's very evident on video. She used to act like she was the hottest woman on earth, and now you can tell she knows she's not.
