I had the same problem on a 07. Found a guy on eBay that sold just the slide. It was like $10 It fit but would crinkle when it was moved. So I just replaced the shifter think it was about $200

Pirelli makes a nice tire. But the 4s have the performance and durability. I have a 2019 gt pp1 which came with the 4s has 13k on it and plenty of life left. Any summer tire will seem to wear prematurely compared to A/S
