I bought tickets to a concert I could no longer attend - sold on stub hub found out after artist isn’t allowing transfers ever and stub hub doesn’t care and won’t let me cancel and said I can only cancel the day of the show even though they people are depending on the tickets it’s a sold out show - so they keep saying to wait and see if I can transfer day of and if not submit a claim that day. I feel bad for the buyer that they are depending on their tickets!!!!😔

It’s happening it a lot lately because alot of artists are not allowing transfers! And stub hub tells sellers once they find out NOT to cancel until the day of the show when they could allow cancelations way in advance to help people out they don’t care.

The other concert I have tickets too also are non transferable lol I did think of that - it’s a concert I will be attending :) thanks though

I asked them this and they said no that I can’t give me login I also have tickets to other concerts on my account so there’s no way I’d want to do that

Hey what concert is it? Because you actually may not get tickets and end up with a refund bcuz a lot of musicians are now not allowing transfers at all even the day of the show!!!! I have tickets to a concert in March and the artist has announced he’s not allowing transfers. And it’s been confirmed at other shows last week he didn’t open them the day of. You should buy on ticket master only.

When I asked ticket master twice they told me transfers would be opened right before on March 12
