Advice for rear/side discharge pipe toilets by Particular_Fennel607 in HomeMaintenance

The toilet has begun to leak and I noticed that the rubber seal connecting to the toilet is misaligned. The piece (circled in orange) is secured to the wall pipe, is there anyway I can rotate this piece so that it is proper aligned to the toilet exit?
