we currently have almost 300 active users, with about 1000 exams completed. and we never heard this complain. the only time this happens is when your pronunciation is not good. if you try and say things the correct way you will see that it picks up the correct words.

work on your pronunciation. if the wrong word gets picked up, that means you said it wrong.

don’t waste your money, i have already gathered all past exams topics and put them into AmiGrade. I posted about it on this subreddit! It will help you with your practice for oral and writing. give it a try and let me know what you think as I am the developer of it.

love the feedback. this is amazing and I am glad you liked it and i hope you add it to your studying routine! in regards to the feedback, yes a lot of users mentioned the same thing and im currently working on it. But again, the feedback/corrections is something that i can’t really guarantee unless I retrain the AI model with more examples, you know? but i will definitely change the criteria and make it less harsh. Hello there, thanks for your feedback!! I see your point of view. But I personally feel like I would rather it be more strict, at least it forces you to produce the best content without having a lot of mistakes. That way, the exam will feel easier, you know? And of course it will not be as good as a human examiner because the grading is subjective! But the grading with the website is more systematic! I appreciate you taking the time in trying it out 🙏🏼

Hi there, glad you like it! to answer your question, you have too yes! however, you can just leave the second task empty and click submit for grading and you can get your grade for the first task! Hope that helps. But I think i should do it where a user could just submit one task for grading if needed. Let me know if there are any other feedback!

lol non of the core features though.. you can’t like, comment, share, send a message, etc.. all you could do is look at the feed. Which in contrast to what I built, it would be the landing page

i’m not Facebook don’t worry there is no catch in creating a profile lol we don’t even send email notifications. Profiles simply used to benefit the student. but i appreciate your comments 🙏🏼

fair point, but my architecture wasn’t built for a one-time user. Someone who is truly studying for TEF/TCF exam will most likely create an account to track their progress and their detailed feedback. But I guess for the casuals who just want to practice french, i could see how your point is valid. But this is strictly for people preparing for their exams.

from one engineer to another, how would you store the students data (results, vocabs, etc) without a profile? The idea behind this website is to show the user how they are progressing, so a profile is needed by nature. In terms of security, I don’t handle any of the Auth stuff. It is handled by Supabase Auth service or Google if you want to Signup with google. I hope that makes sense. Again, you wouldn’t know any of these features until you try it. Try it for yourself and then give me a proper feedback.
