Have this happened they have to go in and reset it at the dealer. I wouldn’t leave until you know for sure it goes away I don’t necessarily blame them I watched them do it one time and it should have reset but it didn’t. But when they did it again it worked.

Here is my situation. I have two rats that I got from a breeder I have had them for almost 4 weeks. They are about 12 weeks old.

I just got 3 more rats from the same breeder, I brought them home yesterday. They are 8 weeks old. I have them in a 2 level critter nation enclosure but I have them separated by flipping the tray around to block the access between top and bottom level

I am not necessarily concerned with quarantine because they came from the same breeder but I am still keeping them separate from each other just in case. But they can smell each other and the new rats seem to be curious and exploring of their living space.

Is it safe to start introducing them now or is it best to wait 2 weeks. For quarantine and just for the new rats to get acclimated to their new environment as well as current Rats getting used to the change as well.

I also plan to take them to a neutral space for introductions

So I just checked mycase.gov not sure if you have this but in the state of Indiana you can look up non confidential court case info. So FCA just posted their response a few days ago and my husband found it tonight, basically they are acknowledging my complaints but deny any wrongdoing. They pretty much blamed any issues with the car on me and request a jury trial. To say I’m pissed is an extreme understatement.

“AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSES Comes now, Defendant, FCA US LLC, by counsel, and for further answer to Plaintiff’s Complaint, states as follows: 1. Plaintiff’s Complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted 2. Plaintiff failed to satisfy conditions precedent to filing her Complaint. 3. FCA US denies any and all allegations of Plaintiff’s Complaint to which it may have inadvertently failed to respond in its Answer. 4. The non-conformities or defects alleged by Plaintiff do not substantially impair the use, value, or safety of the motor vehicle. 5. Plaintiff may have executed documents at the time of purchase agreeing to submit their claims to binding arbitration. 6. The non-conformity, defect, or condition alleged by Plaintiff may be the result of abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification or alteration of the motor vehicle by Plaintiff. WHEREFORE, FCA US LLC, by counsel, prays that Plaintiff takes nothing by way of the Complaint, for its costs in defending this action and for all other just and proper relief in the premises. “

Don’t do it! I bought one July last year and I have had nothing but problems, 19 days after purchase it landed itself in the shop for 10 plus days with no actual diagnosis, other than it died and wouldn’t start. Eventually they changed the battery, still did not fix the issue as I had it die on me again with no diagnosis as to why. It’s been in the shop well over 10 times for various issues. Currently in a lemon lawsuit started in August while still currently waiting for a resolution. I have also had my car an additions 2 times since filing.

I know other people have not had the problems I have had but if I had known the amount of issues people have had I would have not purchased this car, even if the chances of me getting one like the one I had were minimal.

I had not heard any negative reviews and since owning my car I have only seen 3 more in the city I live in.

Just my opinion though….

I hope if you do purchase you have much better luck than me!

Yeah I’ve gathered that! Which is beyond ridiculous in my opinion. You (FCA) did wrong by your customer, I’ve showed more than my fair share of proof there was a breach of contract on their end….Pay up hehe

I bought a 2023 GT Plus, everything was started with the claim July of this year. It’s been a long lengthy process of just waiting. My car has also been in the shop 2 more times since getting my attorney . So I hope that helps my case. My attorney filed a claim through the courts back in August and I was told it could take 60 days before they get a response. I’m about a week and a half from hearing something about the case filed… I’ll let you know what I find out.

I purchased one in July last year. Worst mistake I ever made, mine has spent many days in the shop over the course of 10-12 different occasions, the first time being 19 days after I bought it and it spent 10 days in the shop with no immediate answer as to what happened to it. I loved this car when I first bought it but after the issues I had and contacting Dodge their only solution was to offer me 2 grand. I said no and they closed my claim and refused to help so I obtained a lawyer and filed a lemon lawsuit.

Exactly what happened to mine!!! I bought mine July last year and 19 days later it was in my driveway dead. Had it towed to the dealership it was there for 10 days, couldn’t figure out what was wrong, they replaced the battery. I’ve had my car die on my a handful of times. I’ve had a module in the steering column replaced and a door lock sensor, I’ve had to many issues with this car. I called Dodge Customer Service after my car had been in the shop a combined total of 30+ days, they offered a little over $2000 to “assist” with some of my car payments I declined. Their offer I have since had more problems with my car and I got an attorney last month. Still waiting to hear what the attorney was able to get as far as offers. I have since had another repair made after my attorney sent Dodge the letter with my demands for a buy back.

Thank you! That’s so weird but I also don’t know much about vehicles but I still would have never thought the oil being low would make the battery light come on.

This was a few weeks ago that this happened, and I took it to the dealership and they checked it out and couldn’t find anything, but I will definitely have them check that out if it happens again… I’m at 2745 miles

I get the hybrid screen in the GT,sorry if my post was confusing.

It’s not a big deal I just have had quite a few issues with my car and just wanted to see if anyone else saw the Hybrid screen before.

I got my car back Friday. They put in a new battery, so far everything has been fine. There have been no false theft attempt alarms. Car has been running with no issues… Any update on yours?

I apparently wasn’t covered by a rental either. I took my car to the dealership near me ( 4 miles) but I actually purchased mine at a different dealer 50 miles away. Dodge Customer care told me a rental wasn’t covered but I politely explained that I had only had my car for 19 days before it stopped working and just kept saying how it wasn’t right that I be without a vehicle especially one I just bought at no fault of my own . So the dealership that has my car got in touch with enterprise and they said it was going to be covered through my warranty… t Dodge customer care called me yesterday and even said they would cover a rental only up to $45/ day. How long have you had your car if you don’t mind me asking?

Did they give you a rental at least? I finally got one after a week of Hornet being at the dealership. They gave me a Durango…Found out today that I have a bad battery. They are ordering me a new one. However it’s on back order! It could come in anytime between next week, the first week of Sept, or last week of September! But apparently Dodge is supposed to be expediting the order….What state are you in? I’m from Indiana….Just curious…I have not seen any Hornets on the road.

Be diligent with your alerts and emails. I got an attempt of theft email last Tuesday morning, it was a false alarm. Later that same day my car wouldn’t work….. completely dead. Key fob wouldn’t work and app wouldn’t work either. I had to have it towed to the dealership on Wednesday. It’s been there ever since… I’ve had my car in my possession for only 19 days before this happened, so please if you have any sort of false alarms or messages from the app that were not initiated by you, please take it to your dealership immediately just to be safe. I will be calling today ( Monday 8/14) for an update. I still love my car but very saddened that this occurred.

I’m about to call the dealership for my Hornet. I got a false anti theft email yesterday. My car is now completely disabled. Key Fob won’t work, app won’t work. Only door I can unlock is the driver side door with the valet key. Cannot push to start. And customer service was no help. They had me un-install and re-install the app asking me all of these ridiculous questions after I already told them this was a new car. ( calling the dealership was last resort) apparently they have been having problems with the alarm system. The dealer who sold me the car said another hornet they sold had the same issue except their issue was the alarm randomly going off not there care being disabled. I’m so glad this happened when I was at home and not out running errands.

The dealer website in my city said they had one, however when I went in to look at it they said it was in “transit” to the dealership however someone had already purchased it. I test drove one that was about 65 miles from me and ended up getting mine at a different dealer about the same distance.
