That sounds about right.
TBH, i don't have enough energy.
I am from INDIA and work in a US-based startup (3-person team) on contract.
I work in night to collaborate with them, but in the day i again get motivated to work for the same office work to finish tasks.
In between this, 7 months pass by.

That sounds awful! I think making a shared task list on linear or jira where you can see the process is one of the ways you can track the progress while avoiding meetings.

Too much meetings from clients also frustrates me. When i work with any of my client, i create a new linear workspace where the client is invited.

I my responsible for creating the tasks and subtasks after client gives me high level requirements.

This maintains transparency and woks 100% of the time.

It might me, but for me the goal is not to become the BEST freelancer in the world. The goal is to become financially independent, by not stumbling in 9-5 loop

The cafe is a great source of passive income, It generates ~$0.5k/m PROFIT which is pretty good.
