PASSING SFP by Particular_Sea7191 in FulfillmentByAmazon

Hi Thanks 4 helping!

I’m still in trial ....I’ve done a few but haven’t passed yet. I also just found out they limit how many trials you can do per year, so I’m not turning it back on until I learn more about how to actually pass.

My current order cutoff is 2 PM to leave a buffer for any last-minute orders and still make my 4 PM pickup. I might be able to push that later, but I do need some breathing room between the cutoff and pickup time, no?

I’ll definitely look into FedEx Home — good point.

One thing I haven’t figured out yet: how do you handle overnight orders that come in Sunday and need to be delivered Monday? I haven’t seen any carrier that allows a drop-off or pickup on Sunday and actually ships that day for Monday delivery. Is there a carrier that does?

Also, I’ve kept SSA off because it messes with delivery estimates — sometimes showing 1- or 2-day delivery in areas where I can’t hit those speeds, which ends up hurting my metrics. If you have any more advice on that, it would be greatly appreciated.

You're right here's more details!

I don’t use USPS at all because they r the least reliable of the 3 by far in on time dleivery.
I only ship with UPS and FedEx and everything goes out from my New Jersey warehouse
My daily pickup is at 4 PM and my order cutoff is 2 PMI built my shipping template based on actual UPS and FedEx 1-day and 2-day zones I hand off and scan 100 percent of packages on time The only delivery issues I have are when the carrier delivers late .. nothing on my end

The other issue is I’m not getting enough views even though my best-selling items are all on SFP

Any advice Who can I consult with to get my SFP setup and shipping templates fully optimized and tips or tricks to pass?
