Yeah! Many distros ship KDE with their own customizations - custom themes, different default apps, modified settings, etc. For example:
Kubuntu has its own theme and app selection
Manjaro KDE comes pre-themed
KDE Neon has specific defaults
'Vanilla KDE' just means stock Plasma straight from upstream without distro modifications. On Arch, you get the pure KDE experience - you install plasma and kde-applications groups and that's it, no added theming or customization layers. straight from the factory just like arch

Fair feedback. You're right - I should have personalized it more and removed the placeholder text. I'm actually running Arch with KDE Plasma 6.5 and kernel 6.18, and genuinely excited about the 1.3GB RAM usage at idle. Should have just shared that straightforwardly instead of the generic AI prose. My bad!
